Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating in GLP or GMP environments with proper documentation and safety practices.
• Independent development, validation and transfer of test methods using advanced techniques (HPLC/UPLC, MS, dissolution testing, Karl Fischer) to characterize products, APIs and impurities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods for drugs, APIs, intermediates, and impurities.
• Characterize degradation mechanisms under various environmental, formulation, and stress conditions.
• Assess stability risks and conduct DoEs and accelerated stability studies.
• Develop assay/purity methods and assess method robustness/ruggedness.
• Perform method validation and data generation for accelerated and registration stability studies.
• Mentor junior chemists in analytical best practices, experimental design, and data interpretation.
