The Senior Analyst role in Bristol Myers Squibb’s Trial Analytics, Insights, and Planning (TAIP) unit is an excellent opportunity for professionals with approximately 3–6 years of experience in consulting, life sciences analytics, or clinical trial operations to step into an internal consulting environment that directly accelerates drug development. Candidates should bring direct, hands‑on experience with trial‑level analytics, enrollment forecasting, or feasibility analytics. Senior Analysts will gain exposure to the following domains and are expected to develop strong, well‑rounded expertise in scientific and analytical areas over time: The Analytical domain focuses on forecasting, data modelling, dashboards, and site performance analytics. The Scientific domain focuses on protocol logic, patient population sizing, eligibility criteria, and feasibility planning. As a Senior Analyst, you will be embedded in a specific clinical trial team and work under the guidance of more senior team members to deliver core analytics workstreams that support smarter, faster trial execution. This includes taking ownership of trial forecasting models, feasibility analyses, and protocol analytics — always with the goal of helping bring therapies to patients more effectively. You are not expected to be a therapeutic area or protocol expert on day one, but you will be expected to build domain knowledge over time, apply structured thinking to complex trial problems, and deliver high‑quality, consistent outputs. You’ll also be part of a global, cross‑functional team, working closely with peers across time zones to deliver with speed and precision.
The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full‑time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities.
