The Treasury & Portfolio Services (TPS) team is a specialized oversight and advisory function within Fund Administration that supports a diverse range of investment products through technical accounting expertise, operational governance, custody oversight, and analytical problem solving. The team serves as a critical partner to the business, helping navigate complex accounting matters, fund launches, mergers and reorganizations, operational challenges, regulatory requirements, and strategic initiatives.
TPS provides accounting, custody, and operational oversight across multiple fund platforms and product lines. Responsibilities include oversight of fund accounting and NAV production, fund distributions, custody activities, cash management, fund events, technical accounting matters, accounting policy development, and resolution of complex accounting and operational issues.
The TPS Senior Analyst is responsible for performing accounting analysis, executing operational oversight activities, and contributing to the successful execution of strategic business initiatives. This role serves as a key first-level reviewer within the TPS oversight framework and is responsible for independently performing oversight reviews and monitoring activities across various fund administration functions.
The role requires intellectual curiosity, a highly analytical mindset, and the ability to apply sound judgment when evaluating accounting, custody, and operational matters. Successful candidates will be hands‑on contributors responsible for researching accounting issues, performing analytical reviews, investigating operational matters, and assisting in developing recommendations for management.
