Activision Publishing is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategy to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives in Santa Monica. This role will partner with executives to size new concepts, evaluate market opportunities, and optimize portfolio and monetization strategies for flagship franchises such as Call of Duty and Crash Bandicoot.
You will lead quantitative and qualitative analyses, build consensus across finance, product, and marketing, and present recommendations to executive audiences.

Location: This role is based in our Santa Monica, CA office and follows an onsite work schedule of four days per week. Work arrangements may change at the company's discretion to meet business needs.
The Strategy group at Activision is a lean, high-caliber team driving key business decisions across the entire organization. We work directly with our CFO and COO to ensure our business is identifying opportunities and delivering against top strategic priorities for Activision Publishing, Call of Duty, and other core franchises such as Crash, Spyro, and Tony Hawk. Our team develops exceptional talent, with members regularly graduating to leadership positions.
As a Senior Analyst, you will be a critical and visible part of the team leading Strategy for Activision. You will partner with execs and VPs across Activision and studios to size new concept opportunities, evaluate market opportunities, optimize our portfolio & monetization strategy, recommend pricing changes, evaluate partnership / joint venture / M&A opportunities, and more.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $94,580.00 - $174,988.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
