HelloFresh is hiring a Senior Analyst for the Sourcing Enablement Team within Supply Chain Enablement & Insights in New York. You will partner with purchasing leaders, turning data into insights, supporting negotiations, and aligning cross-functional teams to optimize tooling and processes.

You will drive end-to-end data projects, develop analytics and AI tooling for procurement, and help implement global procurement program rollouts across the NA region.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in an advanced analytical capacity and/or 1-2 years in management consulting
• Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Math, Engineering, Data/Computer Science, or related field
• Advanced fluency in spreadsheet modeling and data analytics
• Basic proficiency in SQL; advanced SQL and/or Python a plus
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with procurement leaders to drive sourcing events and analyze over $100M+ in RFP spend
• Synthesize complex datasets into clear insights for senior leadership and stakeholders
• Develop, scale, and maintain data products and AI tooling for procurement strategy and process management
• Execute rapid, ad-hoc spend and cost analytics to identify savings opportunities
• Represent North America in global tool rollouts, gather BRDs, establish audit/approval controls, drive training and compliance

In this role, you will partner closely with purchasing leaders, using data analytics, project management, and strategic communication to drive high-impact sourcing initiatives and optimize our tooling and processes. To succeed, you should thrive on turning ambiguous datasets into actionable business insights, supporting negotiations, and leading cross-functional alignment. We are looking for a proactive problem solver who can dive into complex details and deliver clear, strategic recommendations.

You will …

• Collaborate with Procurement category leaders to facilitate high-impact sourcing events and manage data analysis for $100M+ in RFP spend.
• Synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop, scale, and maintain decision-critical data products and AI tooling to streamline procurement strategy and process management.
• Execute rapid, ad-hoc spend and cost analytics to identify savings opportunities and support ongoing category initiatives.
• Represent North American team interests in the global rollout of procurement tools, programs, and process enhancements, leading end-to-end adoption by gathering business requirements (BRDs), establishing audit and approval controls, and driving team compliance through training and enforcement mechanisms.

• Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Math, Engineering, Data/Computer Science, or other relevant areas of study
• Advanced fluency in spreadsheet modeling and data analytics
• Basic proficiency in SQL required; advanced SQL and/or Python experience is a plus
• Fluent in English
