Qualifications

• 5-8 years designing, implementing, and supporting POS systems, restaurant tech platforms, and related enterprise solutions.
• Experience with solution design, system integration, technical analysis, and process automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with sprint planning, estimation and delivery experience.
• Experience managing software releases, configurations, and cross-functional implementations.
• Ability to lead medium-complexity initiatives balancing execution with business priorities.
• Proven ability to partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and drive improvements.
• Demonstrated technical ownership with mentoring and growing team capabilities.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Senior Analyst, IT Restaurant Technology, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for delivering complex restaurant technology solutions and driving engineering excellence. You will provide technical guidance, influence architecture decisions, and partner with stakeholders to ensure technology investments support business objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead the design and development of complex restaurant technology applications and integrations.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Point of Sale (POS) systems, restaurant technology platforms, and related enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience with solution design, system integration, technical analysis, and process automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience participating in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
• Experience managing software releases, system configurations, and cross-functional implementation efforts.
• Ability to lead medium-complexity initiatives while balancing project execution with strategic business priorities.
• Proven ability to partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, drive process improvements, and deliver effective solutions.
• Demonstrated technical ownership, with experience mentoring team members and contributing to the growth of team capabilities.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $87,000.00–$120,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
