About the team

The Global Sourcing & Procurement team is a centralized, enterprise-wide function supporting marketing sourcing and procurement worldwide. The team partners with business stakeholders through strategic sourcing, industry benchmarking, and negotiations to deliver cost-effective solutions while strengthening supplier relationships. Expanding to support the growing Sam’s Club Connect organization, the team manages sourcing and negotiations across various categories including advertising, creative agencies, events, staffing, platform agreements, and media services. This environment focuses on detailed contract and supplier management to drive value and support business priorities at scale.

The Procurement Associate will support the development and execution of high-impact sourcing strategies across Sam’s Club Marketing and Connect. In this role, you’ll partner closely with business and marketing stakeholders to identify opportunities, source and onboard agencies and strategic partners, lead negotiations, and manage contracts end to end. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re detail-oriented, solution-driven, and enjoy building strong cross-functional relationships. We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of the marketing ecosystem, a value-focused mindset, and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the business.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, and related field plus 2 years’ experience in procurement strategy, contract management, retail marketing, marketing agency, analytics, or related field.
• Qualified experience in Microsoft products.
• Experience in marketing, sourcing, agency management or supplier negotiations.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to negotiate effectively and build trusted relationships.
• Ability to independently manage a high volume of projects in a dynamic, fast moving environment.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and influential communication across functions
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and supporting company values in all business practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
