Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in private capital, fund administration, or investor data management is preferred.
• Prior experience reviewing work and providing oversight to junior staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of investor data within CRM systems.
• Perform reconciliations and validate investor attributes within financial documentation.
• Support execution of capital calls, distributions, and investor account statements.
• Act as a primary reviewer of Analyst work, ensuring adherence to established controls.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in workflows.
