  • Execute daily and periodic operational controls, including onboarding completeness checks, document validation, servicing reconciliations, and wire and cash controls.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and audit‑ready records of all transactions, exceptions, and resolution actions within assigned workflows.
  • Serve as a functional resource to Analysts and Associates by reviewing work output, answering questions, and providing guidance on complex or non‑standard transactions.
  • Support onboarding and training of junior staff and contribute to the maintenance of standard operating procedures for assigned workflows.
  • Act as a day‑to‑day operational contact for Portfolio Management, Investment Accounting, Legal, and Cash Management on onboarding, servicing status, documentation, and liquidity‑related matters.
