This role combines advanced analytics, strategic thinking, and stakeholder collaboration to develop scalable pricing tools, automate reporting and processes, identify growth opportunities, and support key pricing initiatives across a global organization. The ideal candidate is a curious, analytical problem solver who can translate complex data into actionable business recommendations and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Role Requirements

• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and other analytics tools, with experience analyzing and manipulating large, complex datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable business recommendations that deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrates strong intellectual curiosity and a proactive, resilient mindset, with a passion for uncovering insights, challenging assumptions, navigating ambiguity, and continuously pursuing solutions to complex business problems.

Salary

The base salary range is $90,000 – $120,000 USD per year; total on-target earnings include a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
