Liberty Mutual's US Retail Markets PL Property and Specialty Product Delivery team is hiring for the P&S Product Frontier team. Frontier is an exciting transformation that will position Liberty Mutual for long-term success. This role will drive Property & Specialty business simplification by supporting product convergence and Legacy Book consolidation. You will identify differences between products and recommend options to simplify. You will partner with cross-functional P&S Product teams to drive alignment on your recommendations and lead requirements gathering workstreams to ensure they are incorporated into our go-forward Frontier Products.
This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to different products and programs within the P&S portfolio. You can expect to think strategically about what our course of action should be and tactically about how we’ll get your proposed solutions to market. Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
