Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills; strategic thinker with the ability to implement plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and adaptability to new systems.
• Ability to multitask, manage changing priorities, lead and develop staff, and work collaboratively across teams.
• Knowledge of retail business practices, gross margin and turn calculations; strong negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: Graduate Gemologist certificate (or near completion); at least 2 years retail or store line experience; familiarity with MIPS, APA, Essbase and JDEdwards.

• Partner with Director to develop assortment, pricing and new product plans to meet gross margin and sales objectives.
• Maintain and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards and reports to cross-functional partners and senior management.
• Facilitate new product development, create and maintain product plans, image grids and manage SKU creation and launch timing.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and communications with GAP, DM, Marketing, Brand, CVM, Retail, Visual Merchandising and regional teams.
• Manage product lifecycle activities including re-classes, merges, obsolescence and inventory strategies.
• Support special projects, Elsa Peretti estate reporting and prepare senior management presentations as needed.
