Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5+ years driving process improvements or governance frameworks.
• Strong experience with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with program governance, operational controls, and KPI/performance management.
• Advanced Power BI experience, including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive sustainable change.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Develop governance frameworks, controls, and accountability across teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Translate business needs into actionable KPIs and insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and automate recurring reports.
