The Senior Analyst, Intellectual Property & Technology is an integral part of Latham’s Legal Professional and Paralegal team. This role will be responsible for utilizing field‑specific training and expertise to support the litigation team in intellectual property cases, particularly patent litigation, while leveraging subject matter expertise to analyze technical issues related to intellectual property litigation, specifically, software, electronics, and semiconductor technologies. This role will be located in either our Washington, D.C., New York or San Francisco office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in‑office presence.
