US Chief Administrative Officer/Technology, Data, and AI (CAO/TDAI) delivers operational excellence by managing technology and operations that keep CIBC running smoothly. As part of the Governance & Oversight (G&O) Team – A First Line Control group within the Three Lines of Defense model, you’ll help empower CIBC’s Reporting Framework and support the Bank’s Transformation and growth.
Your primary responsibility will be to create and support the reporting needs of various lines of business (LOBs) within US CAO/TDAI. This position involves working with our internal partners and G&O Reporting team to deliver insightful business reporting as well as finding ways to streamline and automate complex processes with the help of the latest BI automation tools. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming data into valuable insights that drive decision-making.

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $75,000- $90,000 USD for the market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
