CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support BlackLine, focusing on journal entries and future automation. You will collaborate with Accounting, Finance, IT, and offshore teams to maintain a stable, scalable platform and drive governance and continuous improvement across the close process.

The role requires 3+ years in BlackLine or similar platforms, hands-on systems administration, and strong ERP experience. This is a full-time position with CVS Health benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience supporting BlackLine or similar financial close/automation platforms.

CVS Health is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to support the administration, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of the BlackLine platform. This role will serve as a key resource supporting BlackLine across multiple modules, with a primary focus on Journal Entries and the future expansion of financial automation capabilities.

The Senior Analyst will partner closely with Accounting, Finance, IT, Accenture administrative resources, offshore service teams, implementation partners, and transformation teams to maintain a stable, scalable, and well-governed platform. The position requires a combination of functional accounting knowledge, strong technical aptitude, analytical problem solving, and a continuous improvement mindset.

3 years of relevant experience supporting BlackLine or a comparable financial close, journal entry, workflow, or automation platform.

• Hands-on experience with financial systems administration, configuration, testing, implementation, or production support.
• Understanding of accounting processes, journal entries, financial controls, and close management activities.
• Ability to coordinate priorities and deliverables across internal stakeholders, implementation partners, third-party providers, and offshore resources.
• Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, or another major ERP platform.
• Knowledge of financial system integrations, middleware, data interfaces, and enterprise security concepts.
• Familiarity with banking, treasury, cash accounting, or financial operations processes.
• Experience supporting finance transformation, shared services, or center-of-excellence environments.
• Experience with Agile delivery, project implementation, testing, and change management practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.

Full time Pay Range
46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
