Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted finance partner to Services & Spares leadership and regional teams.
  • Translate data into clear insights, scenarios, and recommendations that influence decisions.
  • Drive performance discussions through metrics, dashboards, and operational KPIs.
Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management
  • Own full P&L support for the business, including revenue, margin, OpEx, and strategic investments.
  • Lead annual planning, monthly forecasting, and performance reviews; deliver variance analysis against actuals.
  • Prepare and maintain P&L projections and management reporting packages for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
  • Lead month‑end close activities for the supported regions/business, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timeliness.
Governance, Controls & Inventory
  • Support internal and external audit requirements with clear documentation and follow‑through.
  • Oversee controls related to customer consignment inventory and inventory accounting processes.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and best practices; IFRS familiarity preferred.
Analytics, Automation & Continuous Improvement
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support new business models, pricing, and operational opportunities.
  • Automate recurring activities (e.g., data extraction, forecasting models, reporting workflows) to reduce manual effort.
  • Support design and implementation of new business process flows in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional finance initiatives that elevate planning, reporting, and business insight.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant finance experience, including FP&A, forecasting, and month‑end close.
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on mindset.
  • Proven ability to partner with and influence cross‑functional stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Experience with fully integrated ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and experience presenting insights to management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA, MBA, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Background in semiconductor, high technology, or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with data visualization and advanced financial modeling.
