Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Analyst, Engineering Services on-site in Marlborough, MA. The role focuses on Data Management for unclassified and classified tasks across mission-critical programs, throughout the product life cycle within a fast-paced team.

The position requires a university degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience and the ability to obtain a Secret DoD security clearance. Experience with Windchill PDM and MS Office is preferred.

  • Ability to obtain a Secret DoD U.S. government-issued security clearance.
  • Experience with Product Data Management tools or ability to learn Windchill Common PDM.
  • Understanding of data/configuration management concepts.

  • Read the statement of work and 1423 forms.
  • Understand the integrated master schedule, load submission schedule, track/status/submit/close submissions and support program events.
  • Apply the CM/DM approach and CM/DM tools to perform assigned tasks.
  • Work independently, understand role requirements, support team goals, and communicate task status.
  • During peak periods, work a modified schedule to support programs.
  • Support classified work products when required.
  • Learn Hardware CM/DM or Software CM/DM skills to back up team members as needed.

Job description

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Engineering Services to join the Configuration and Data Management Department on‑site in Marlborough, MA. The role involves Data Management for both unclassified and classified tasks across multiple mission‑critical programs, covering the entire product life cycle as part of a fast‑paced team.

What You Will Do
  • Read the statement of work and 1423 forms.
  • Understand the integrated master schedule, load submission schedule, track/status/submit/close submissions and support program events.
  • Apply the CM/DM approach and CM/DM tools to perform assigned tasks.
  • Work independently, understand role requirements, support team goals, and communicate task status.
  • During peak periods, work a modified schedule to support programs.
  • Support classified work products when required.
  • Learn Hardware Configuration Management (CM) or Software Configuration Management skills to backup other team members as needed; HW CM handles drawing/work product releases and drawing changes and SW CM handles SW work product release and changes.

Salary range: $68,900 USD – $131,100 USD.

The role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
