Job summary

Taco Bell in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Finance to help shape how we evaluate and grow the digital business across channels such as in-store kiosks, digital menu boards, delivery marketplaces, and digital promotions.

You will work with Marketing, Digital, Insights & Analytics, Operations, and other Finance teams to understand drivers of sales and profitability, and you will uncover the story behind the numbers to influence cross-functional actions.

Qualifications

• BA required; analytical degree preferred (Economics, Mathematics, Engineering).
• 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, and logical thinking.
• Interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work cross functionally.
• Synthesize data and financial analysis to shape business decisions.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI and SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare post-audit analysis of digital promotions and present learnings.
• Analyze sales and cost impacts from new product introductions and digital offers.
• Partner cross-functionally to form a holistic view of business performance.
• Forecast utilization and cost of delivery aggregator promotions.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis, distill insights, and craft actionable recommendations.

About the Job:

• Taco Bell is looking for a highly motivated finance professional to join our Digital Finance team. In this role, you will help shape how we evaluate and grow Taco Bell’s digital business across channels such as in-store kiosks, digital menu boards, delivery marketplaces, and digital promotions.

You will partner closely with Marketing, Digital, Insights & Analytics, Operations, and other Finance teams to understand what is driving sales and profitability. Your analysis will help teams design stronger promotions, evaluate new products and menu changes, forecast digital investments, and make more informed commercial decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data but does not want to stop at reporting the numbers. You will be expected to uncover the story behind the results, develop clear recommendations, and influence how cross-functional teams take action.

This is also a strong entry point into Taco Bell and Yum! Brands. Successful team members can build experience across digital, marketing, operations, and commercial finance before pursuing opportunities throughout the broader Finance organization or across other business functions.

This position is based in Irvine, California.

The Day-to-Day:

• Preparing post audit analysis of digital promotions and creating presentations to articulate learnings
• Supporting analysis of sales and cost impacts from new product introductions, menu design updates, and discounted digital offers
• Partnering cross-functionally to build a holistic point of view on business performance
• Forecasting utilization and cost of delivery aggregator promotions
• Conducting ad-hoc analysis, distilling insights, and helping to craft actionable recommendations
