Qualifications

• Experience in analytics or business intelligence focused on customer reporting.
• Ability to design and maintain data models and curated data assets for reporting.
• Knowledge of customer data structures and metrics for insights.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain customer-facing and internal reporting with Power BI.
• Build data pipelines to ingest, transform data for staging and analytics.
• Create curated datasets and semantic models for self-service analytics.
• Leverage Databricks and Snowflake to prepare data for reporting.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
