Job summary

Cartus is seeking an experienced BI/Reporting professional in California to deliver client-ready analyses and ad hoc reports. You will compile, analyze, and summarize data for management and clientes, and create dashboards reflecting program metrics and financial results.

The role requires strong Excel and Cognos skills, 5+ years in related business experience, and a proven ability to present data clearly with executive summaries and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of related business experience (Relocation required, GTM client services and/or financial operations required).
• Proficiency with Excel and data analytics; Cognos knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create Ad hoc reports of client ready data for internal customers on volume, costs, revisions and more.
• Compile and analyze data and draft client ready summaries for management insights.
• Develop and maintain quarterly client dashboards highlighting key program metrics and trends.
• Prepare and co-deliver client-facing quarterly and annual business review presentations transforming data into insights.
• Maintain client data integrity and update systems as necessary.
• Assist in billing support and audits to resolve client inquiries.
