Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the Broker Copilot initiative in Chicago. This project-oriented role requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills to advocate for the business team and translate complex issues to technologists and operations leads.

You will partner with business stakeholders through Discovery, Development, and System Adoption, lead UAT testing, drive change management, and develop usage reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in risk and insurance industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Strong analytics and technology understanding.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of Commercial Risk broking process across groups.
• Advocate for business users and collaborate with brokers.
• Partner with business on Discovery, Development, and System Adoption phases.
• Lead change management and adoption for Broker Copilot; train users.
