Job summary

Quantum Research International, Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst, Ballistic Missile Defense Systems to support the Capabilities Directorate Fires Division at the Pentagon.

The role focuses on validating and prioritizing Army force development requirements and modernization plans for Fires, including BMDS, SHORAD, and related systems. Candidates should have a minimum of four years in Force Development, an active Secret clearance, and deep knowledge of PPBE, DoDI 5000.02, JCIDS, and DOTMLPF-P.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Force Development or related duties.
• DCS G-8 requires PPBE, DoD acquisition processes (DoDI 5000.02), and JCIDS expertise.
• Experience applying DOTMLPF-P principles in fiscally constrained environments.
• Experience at HQDA/MACOM/ASCC or comparable Joint organizations in Force Development.

Responsibilities

• Validate, prioritize, analyze, and assist with ensuring Army force development requirements and modernization plans for Fires are achievable.
• Support JTAMD, Directed Energy, BMDS, SHORAD, artillery launchers, missiles, and cannons.
• Maintain an active Secret security clearance.
