Job summary

Capital Rx in New York, NY is seeking an analytical Analyst to join our growing Analytics team. With 2–3 years of experience building client-facing reporting, you will support data-driven projects and cross-functional insights.

You will help create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, SQL, Python, and Snowflake, while ensuring quality control and compliance. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement across NYC, Denver, and Charlotte, with strong collaboration across

Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in data analytics/business intelligence or a related field.
  • Expertise in Tableau Desktop and publishing to Tableau Cloud/Server.
  • Strong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake preferred.
  • Proficient with Python for data analysis.
  • Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with concepts and governed metric definitions.
  • Preferred domain knowledge in PBM/pharmacy.
  • Experienced working with pharmacy and medical claims data.
  • Experience with client reporting is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; effective communicator with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of analytics projects by gathering data requirements and preparing reporting deliverables.
  • Conduct exploratory analyses to support program performance, compliance tracking, and utilization trends.
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation of query logic and methodologies to ensure transparency and repeatability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support alignment between analytical work and business goals.
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand project needs and provide data support.
  • Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making across departments
  • Use analytical tools to uncover trends and insights from complex datasets.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst to join our growing Analytics team. This role supports the execution of data-driven projects, reporting initiatives, and business insights. The ideal candidate will have a foundational background in data analysis and a desire to grow technical skills while contributing to cross-functional collaboration and data-informed decision‑making. With at least 2-3 years of experience building client‑facing reporting and analytics, this individual will play a key role in supporting the team’s reporting, analysis, and quality control efforts.


Analytical Project Support


  • Assist in the execution of analytics projects by gathering data requirements and preparing reporting deliverables.

  • Conduct exploratory analyses to support program performance, compliance tracking, and utilization trends.

  • Maintain clear and organized documentation of query logic and methodologies to ensure transparency and repeatability.


Cross‑Functional Collaboration


  • Collaborate with internal teams to support alignment between analytical work and business goals.

  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand project needs and provide data support.

  • Contribute to a culture of data‑driven decision‑making across departments


Data Analysis and Reporting


  • Use analytical tools to uncover trends and insights from complex datasets.

  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support operational and strategic initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

New York, NY Salary Range: $124,000 — $155,000 USD


Denver, CO Salary Range: $113,600 — $142,000 USD


Charlotte, NC Salary Range: $103,200 — $129,000 USD
