Partner with AML stakeholders and Technology teams to define business and data requirements, establish acceptance criteria, and coordinate user acceptance testing for data and system enhancements. Develop and execute data migration test plans, reconcile source and target data, validate transformation logic and downstream outputs, and track defects through resolution.

Independently investigate data discrepancies, assess operational and model impacts, and work with business and Technology partners to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions. Develop and maintain runbooks, procedures, data dictionaries, requirements, and testing documentation in line with Ally and regulatory expectations. Assist with data governance activities, including documenting data sources and lineage, and supporting the identification and resolution of data gaps. Ensure day-to-day operations are conducted in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and the organization’s policy. Maintain a current understanding of money laundering and terrorist financing issues, including policies, procedures, regulations, industry best practice, criminal typologies and developing trends.
