Prepares materials and manuals and provides training to partners 6. Prepares project phase reports, including requirements, feasibility, definition, and design. May also provide input to availability reporting. 7. Directs and performs prototyped systems development and solutions. 8. Provides project support and project planning; develops test plans and user acceptance criteria. May also track bullet proofing tasks. 9. More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas 10. Delivers a work product that requires less revision 11. Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions12.
