Job summary

Adyen, based in Amsterdam, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the AML detection product within Identity and Risk Intelligence. Financial crime grows more complex as we expand into new products and markets, and our detection must scale without bottlenecks.

You will drive strategy, partner with Compliance, and lead a team of Data Scientists, Analysts and Engineers to deliver robust ML-driven risk signals across our products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience building ML-driven, high-scale products in fintech or tech.
• 2+ years of AML, fraud detection or financial crime experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build and scaling of ML-driven AML detection across Adyen’s products, markets and customer base.
• Advance scalable self-service detection using ML, GenAI and agentic approaches to reduce manual effort.
• Own the execution of the AML detection strategy with ruthless prioritization and data-driven trade-offs.
• Partner with Compliance to translate regulatory expectations into product boundaries and delivery.
• Define detection quality and efficiency metrics and continuously improve signal quality for Investigations.
• Lead a cross-functional team of Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Backend Engineers alongside engineering leadership.
