Qualifications

• 8+ years of compliance experience across multiple disciplines or business lines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and coordination of programs across multiple functions; lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Assess effectiveness of operational controls and monitoring; perform root cause analysis and implement action plans.
• Communicate actions, progress and results with key stakeholders including the MLRO.
• Develop employees across operational functions to execute compliance and risk requirements.
• Support process and control design and SOP development.
• Develop recommendations for process improvements to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Utilize artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).
