Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Business Analytics Consultant to join the Anti Money Laundering Organization. Based in Pittsburgh, PA or hub locations, you will convert requests into data-driven solutions using Power BI, Python, and SQL to transform large datasets and deliver visualizations and reports.

You will perform data quality testing, governance, and partner with stakeholders to iterate on deliverables and future enhancements. A strong AML analytics interest or background is ideal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant direct industry experience; Certifications are often desired.
• Bachelor's degree as minimum education.
• Strong analytical, BI, and data analytics skills as listed in Preferred Skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert stakeholder project request documents into functional project specifications for data retrieval, data cleaning, automation, reporting, system enhancements, process improvements, or other initiatives
• Leverage Power BI, Python and SQL to retrieve and clean large data sets from relational databases - Ideal candidates have prior experience within the Hadoop environment
• Translate complex data sources into project deliverables including data visualizations, ad-hoc reports, large data set transformation/aggregations, and others
• Execute data quality testing and governance procedures, ensuring robust data quality within project deliverables
• Participate in project update sessions with internal stakeholders, presenting deliverables and collecting feedback, change requests, and/or future enhancements
