The Role
Wpromote is looking for a Senior Manager to join our growing Amazon & Retail Media team. As an end‑to‑end service, our team manages all aspects of our clients’ Retail Media business to help them succeed and hit their goals. The role is very dynamic and requires the ability to work efficiently across multiple clients simultaneously.

Location & Remote Work
- This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US
- While this role offers the flexibility to work remotely, we have office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, where you can join in on learning and development opportunities, fun events, and collaboration in person!

Salary & Compensation
The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $85,000 - $100,000, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus. This role has an associated annual target bonus component paid out based on company performance, department performance, and individual performance.
You Will Be
- Accountable for managing a book of retail media business across Amazon, Walmart, Target and other retailers
- Design, implement and manage ad spend across campaigns, while understanding how different ad types work together to further client goals
- Monitor daily trends, opportunities and spend across multiple brands
- Proactively communicate with clients about account health, ad performance, sales, best practices, potential opportunities and develop action plans to improve results
- Work in a dynamic, time‑intensive environment where competing priorities are commonplace
- Closely monitor competitors and category trends
- Audit prospective Amazon accounts and identify areas for improvement to assist in the sales process
- Maintain a strong understanding of new or emerging trends within Amazon and other marketplaces
- Take on special projects as needed to help the growth of the department
You Must Have
- 3+ years of experience consulting on or directly managing Amazon Advertising accounts for sponsored ads
- 2+ years of experience consulting on or directly managing Amazon Advertising Accounts for ADSP
- Experience working with or at a brand with $1M+ in annual ad budgets
- Experience directly managing ads on retailers outside of Amazon (Walmart, Target, Criteo)
- Great communication skills, both written and oral, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organization, ability to balance client timelines and business needs, across multiple clients
- Ability to manage client expectations and priorities
- Experience presenting to senior‑level client contacts during monthly executive summaries or QBRs
- Deep understanding of paid search, which includes campaign buildouts, bid optimizations, reporting, and advanced knowledge of the different ad types
- Knowledge about how Amazon marketing and performance affects the purchase funnel
Nice To Have
- Experience with 3p campaign management providers (i.e. Pacvue, Skai, CommerceIQ, Perpetua)
- Prior agency experience
- Experience with marketshare measurement tools (i.e. Stackline, JungleScout, Helium10)
- Experience with AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud)
- Experience working with or at a brand with $25M+ in annual Amazon sales
- Experience with areas of Amazon outside of paid media (content, logistics, catalog management, etc.)
- Ability to explain nuances of full‑funnel marketplace strategy clearly and concisely
