Job summary

Dexis is seeking an AM&E Analyst III for on-site work at USPACOM HQ in Aiea, Hawaii. You will support design, coordination, and reporting of security cooperation analyses, while guiding a team of AM&E analysts and coordinating across stakeholders.

The role emphasizes developing metrics, creating structured reports and visual graphics, and maintaining records for ongoing assessments. Applicants should have extensive AM&E experience and a DOD clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of AM&E experience including analysis, data collection and methodology development.
• Strong written and oral communication with partners, host government, and local communities.
• Ability to apply government regulations for controlled unclassified information and foreign disclosure.
• Excellent computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• 10 years of AM&E or related experience across security domains.

Responsibilities

• Support design, coordination, and reporting of AM&E analyses; work with stakeholders to stay current with AM&E techniques, tools, and approaches.
• Lead a team of AM&E analysts and manage the contract; develop AM&E briefings, memos, and written products for senior leaders.
• Identify opportunities to integrate coordinator activities into broader AM&E efforts.
• Develop indicators and metrics to evaluate programs, capabilities, and absorptive capacity.
• Prepare briefs for senior leadership review; manage AM&E Working Groups; maintain records and share artifacts via Socium.
• Maintain records, update assessments, and facilitate transparent information sharing.
