Job summary

Western Illinois University is seeking an Associate Director of Alumni Engagement (Program Director) to help design and execute a nationwide alumni relations program that strengthens lifelong ties between the university and its alumni. The role supports strategic budgeting, facilities oversight, and policy alignment for the WIU Alumni Association.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in development and management of AlumniRelations programs, staff and budget.
• Master’s Degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Pre-graduation applicants are welcome if degree is conferred at appointment time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and implementation of a national comprehensive alumni relations program to foster lifelong relationships between the University and its alumni.
• Assist in management and administration of budget, facilities, policies, staff and programming of the WIU Alumni Association.
