Job summary

AgWest Farm Credit seeks an ALM Treasury Analyst II or Senior ALM Treasury Analyst III to join the Treasury team. The role focuses on interest rate risk modeling and analysis using QRM ALM software, with responsibilities spanning data prep, model calibration, scenario setup, and reporting.

The position offers in-office training with hybrid work options and a competitive base salary, plus an annual incentive target based on performance. Eligible for relocation assistance where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, accounting, finance, economics, MIS, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, including ≥2 years in ALM modeling.
• Experience with interest rate risk modeling and related analytical methods.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting, economics, and finance principles.
• Knowledge of loan products and instruments offered by AgWest or comparable institutions.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Fabric, and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance analytical tools to support the organization's interest rate risk framework using QRM ALM software.
• Help lead the ALM production cycle, including data preparation, model calibration, scenario setup, and reporting.
• Lead QRM projects and enhancements, including model configuration, automation, and documentation.
• Develop, maintain, and improve analytical models, calculations, dashboards, and data processes used across Treasury.
• Prepare and analyze Treasury and ALCO reporting by translating QRM outputs into concise analysis and recommendations.
• Partner with Treasury leadership to evaluate funding, hedging, investment, pricing, liquidity, and balance sheet strategies.
• Contribute to QRM model governance with documentation, testing, and coordination with auditors and regulators.
• Collaborate with IS teams to improve ALM data quality and reporting efficiency through automation.
