Job summary

MRINetwork is seeking an experienced Asset & Liability Manager (ALM Manager) to lead our client bank’s ALM strategy, interest rate risk oversight, and balance sheet analytics. You will manage the ALM team, supervise the Empyrean modeling platform, and build analytical frameworks to inform senior leadership decisions.

You will oversee framework-modeling, forecasting, and analysis of balance sheet behavior under varied scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end ALM framework: modeling, forecasting, and balance sheet analytics.
• Run EVE and NII simulations, scenario analyses, and sensitivity tests; explain earnings impact to executives.
• Own the Empyrean model: governance, data integrity, back-testing, and documentation.
• Prepare and present ALM results to ALCO and governance committees; develop deposit analytics.
• Support capital planning, funding mix optimization, liquidity, and capital efficiency initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the ALM team; drive improvements in processes and reporting.
