Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Senior Merchandise Allocator to lead allocation and replenishment strategy across assigned categories and our extensive store network. You will shape allocation strategy, influence in-season trade decisions, and partner with Planning, Buying, Retail Operations, and Supply Chain.

The role emphasizes data-led decision making, inventory efficiency, and driving full-price sales to meet customer demand while supporting MINISO’s growth ambitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 3 years owning allocation strategy for multiple categories/regions.
• Subject matter expert in allocation systems, tools, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-season replenishment and inventory management for 350+ stores by category.
• Collaborate with planning to keep product pipeline flowing smoothly.
• Adjust allocations to meet demand and minimize stockouts/overstock.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely product delivery to stores.
• Produce weekly reporting on sales trends, shipping status, and allocation execution.
• Provide post-season analysis to inform future allocation strategies.
