Job summary

Bluehawk LLC is seeking an experienced All-Source Analyst to support DIA/MSIC in modeling, analytics, and threat data division. The role entails integrating intelligence from multiple sources to support national-security and technical threat analysis, with senior leadership responsibilities and mentorship to mid-level analysts.

You will develop IMD supporting platform mission systems, analyze threat data, support LMDPs, and produce VISRs and briefings.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• At least 14 years of experience conducting analysis in relevant labor category.
• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited institution.
• Ability to structure analysis from incomplete, indirect, complex information and from multiple analytic perspectives.
• Ability to work independently, across the IC, and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and disseminate Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) supporting platform mission systems throughout development, testing, training, operations, and sustainment.
• Analyze IMD-related characteristics, electronic warfare reprogramming, GEOINT, order of battle, signatures, and modeling and simulation threat information.
• Support lifecycle planning and assessment of Life-Cycle Mission Data Plans (LMDPs) and IMD Dependency Determination Memorandums for acquisition programs.
• Review acquisition documentation and threat intelligence to identify IMD-dependent programs and gaps.
• Collaborate with Intelligence Production Centers to assess supportability and required resources.
• Develop VISRs, threat assessments, technical products, briefings, and quarterly updates.
• Lead IMD governance, prioritization meetings, and stakeholder engagements across DoD, the IC, and partners.
• Manage project operations, production schedules, resources, customer relationships, and resolve IMD shortfalls.
• Provide leadership, oversight, and daily direction for assigned mission activities.
• Train and mentor mid-level analysts across air, space, naval, and ground domains.
• Deliver IMD briefings or curriculum support to the Defense Acquisition University.
