Job summary

mbsolutionsinc is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support ARCENT staff planning, operations, force protection, and contingency operations. You will research and integrate HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, and OSINT to produce assessments and estimates that inform planning decisions.

This role requires coordinating with Joint, Coalition, Interagency, and National partners, developing IPOE products, and delivering briefings to commanders and staff. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of intelligence analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide all-source intelligence analysis in support of ARCENT operational planning, current operations, force protection, theater security cooperation activities, and contingency operations.
• Collect, evaluate, analyze, and integrate intelligence information from multiple disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, OSINT).
• Produce timely intelligence assessments, threat analyses, and decision-support products for senior leaders and staff planners.
• Conduct IPOE to assess adversary capabilities, intentions, vulnerabilities, and potential courses of action.
• Develop and maintain intelligence products that support operational planning, targeting, and mission execution.
• Support planning through intelligence annexes, estimates, collection plans, and synchronization products.
• Analyze PMESII-PT variables affecting ARCENT operations and strategic objectives.
• Monitor regional/global developments for emerging threats, risks, and opportunities affecting ARCENT AOR.
• Coordinate intelligence activities with Joint, Coalition, Interagency, Combatant Command, Service Component, and National organizations.
• Develop and deliver intelligence briefings and situational updates to commanders and mission partners.
• Support targeting processes by producing intelligence products that identify high-value targets.
• Evaluate intelligence reporting for relevance, reliability, and accuracy.
• Maintain intelligence databases and analytical tools to support production and information management.
• Participate in planning teams and working groups to provide intelligence support.
• Support crisis action planning, exercises, and wartime mission requirements with responsive analysis.
• Prepare intelligence updates related to regional security issues and operational risks.
• Assist in developing collection and PIRs to address information gaps.
• Collaborate with planners to integrate intelligence considerations throughout planning and execution.
• Maintain awareness of current intelligence priorities and methodologies to support mission success.
• Ensure all intelligence activities comply with applicable DoD/IC policies and security requirements.
• Maintain TS/SCI clearance and comply with security requirements.
• Perform additional intelligence analysis duties as directed by ARCENT leadership.
