Job summary

Geo Owl in JBLE, VA is seeking an experienced intelligence analyst with a TS/SCI clearance for all-source fusion across DCGS, AOC intelligence, targeting, cyber, and space operations. The role requires 15 years of relevant analysis and an MA/MS degree (or BA with substantial related experience).

You will define problems, lead surveys, and provide strategic advice to senior Defense planners. The contractor will draft and review guidance, develop analytic processes, evaluate tools, and coordinate

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience conducting analysis with recent work in the last 2 years.
• Master’s degree or BA with substantial related expert experience as substitute.
• Ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys.

Responsibilities

• Support ACC organizations with fusion and tradecraft analysis.
• Draft guidance, develop analytic processes and evaluate analytic tools.
• Track implementations and share lessons learned across units/sites.
• Identify analytic tools for potential implementation and maintain a tool catalog.
• Ensure analytic programs meet ICD 203 analytic standards.
