Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in intelligence analysis or equivalent
• Experience authoring products utilizing ICD 203 and ICD 206 tradecraft standards
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables for senior policymakers or defense stakeholders
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• HS diploma or GED with 12+ years of analysis or Bachelor’s+8 years of analysis

Responsibilities

• Perform ICD-compliant all-source intelligence analysis to support the U.S. nuclear enterprise
• Analyze current and anticipated foreign military capabilities and craft analyses to mitigate threats
• Support collection activities and responses to military contingency operations
• Produce analytic lines, whitepapers, and short/long-term assessments
• Mentor and lead other analysts to share expertise and grow the team
