Job summary

The Bison Group, LLC is seeking an experienced All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support DoD and national security objectives. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and 12 years of relevant experience, with 8 years post-bachelor’s.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, with 12+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience conducting research within applicable databases and producing assessments in formal formats.
• Strong knowledge of structured analytic techniques and ability to brief to government clients.
• Experience producing finished intelligence (FINTEL) with moderate oversight.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a high-stakes environment.
• Clear writing skills and proficiency with basic computer applications and data processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Conducts all-source analysis and produces assessments on national security issues.
• Provides analytic support on topics including foreign leadership, biometric systems, and defense tech.
• Projects discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologies with strategic impact.
• Assesses risks in transfer of defense technologies and national security implications.
• Produces intelligence for national, defense, and acquisition communities and briefs clients.
