Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 12 years of relevant intelligence analysis experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Experience conducting strategic all-source intelligence analysis.
• Experience using analytic tools and databases to research and integrate multiple sources.
• Experience conducting all-source counterintelligence analysis across SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT.
• Ability to develop high-quality written intelligence products for senior policymakers.
• Experience delivering formal or informal intelligence briefings.
• Familiarity with IC tools such as Pulse, RMT, TAC, NGT or IC systems.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, editing, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and integrate information from multiple intelligence disciplines and sources.
• Identify intelligence gaps, threats, and trends for supported missions.
• Use IC databases and analytic tools to collect, assess, and synthesize information.
• Develop intelligence assessments, executive summaries, briefings, and threat products.
• Produce clear, well-supported intelligence for senior policymakers and leaders.
• Apply ICD 203 and ICD 206 analytic tradecraft standards.
• Evaluate credibility, reliability, and sourcing of information.
• Ensure conclusions are supported and distinguish gaps from confirmed facts.
• Provide formal and informal briefings to government customers and partners.
• Collaborate with analysts, collectors, and interagency stakeholders.
• Maintain awareness of geopolitical and security developments relevant to responsibilities.
• Support quality-control and peer-review to meet IC standards.
• Respond to information requests and time-sensitive requirements.
• Perform additional mission-related duties as assigned.
