Job summary

SNS One, Inc. in Fort Meade, MD, on site, seeks an All-Source Analyst to support FCC/C10F with multi-source intelligence analysis, production, and briefings.

You will develop concise assessments across cyberspace operations, information operations, space and EW domains for timely decision support. Applicants must hold an active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility and have at least 10 years of intelligence analysis and production experience.

Qualifications

• Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Minimum of 10 years of intelligence analysis and production experience.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
• Ability to communicate understanding from complex and possibly incomplete information.
• Ability to collaborate with IC/FCC/C10F members on analysis/production/sharing.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and guidance in Assessment bureaus, boards, cells, centers, and working groups within the Maritime Operations Center supporting FCC/C10F.
• Assist in providing evaluations and judgments about the progress of FCC/C10F mission areas including cyberspace operations, information operations, space operations, and electronic warfare.
• Conduct research, create intelligence products, create intelligence estimate assessments, and conduct intelligence briefings on request.
• Collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate and integrate complex data from multiple sources to assess relevance of developments in assigned subject matter and geographic areas.
• Attend, participate in, and contribute to relevant conferences and other events.
• Maintain contact with counterparts in other intelligence organizations to share information and resolve problems.
• Identify intelligence gaps, recommend collection requirements to fill gaps.
• Collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate and research utilizing all-source intelligence tools and methodologies.
• Deliver subject matter expertise to support development of new processes and technologies.
• Conduct all-source analysis to assess foreign military order of battle, structure, disposition, and missions; identify discrepancies and update data.
• Evaluate foreign military systems including air defense, coastal defense, missiles, and targeting systems.
• Evaluate foreign military operations and exercises to identify TTPs, strategy, doctrine, readiness, and survivability activities including C4, logistics.
• Analyze foreign military forces, movements, logistics, readiness, and survivability tactics.
• Project discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologies and their impact on USMC forces.
• Assess information gaps, develop collection strategies, and provide feedback to collection officers.
• Produce and deliver written intelligence assessments and briefings to support tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
