Job summary

Warfighter AI, LLC is seeking a Senior All Source Analyst to anchor a mission-critical team at Fort Meade, MD, supporting the DoW. This role blends hands-on analytic production with mentorship of junior analysts and leadership in AI-enabled innovation across networks.

Requirements include 10+ years of All Source Analysis, a Bachelor’s degree, and an active TS/SCI clearance (CI Polygraph strongly preferred).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of All Source Analysis experience supporting DoW/IC customers
• Bachelor's degree required
• Active TS/SCI clearance (CI Polygraph strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of mentoring or leading junior analysts
• Strong analytic writing and briefing skills for senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated interest in applying AI/emerging tech to intelligence analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead fusion of multi-INT data into high-impact intelligence assessments
• Brief senior decision-makers with authoritative findings
• Mentor and review products for quality and tradecraft
• Identify intelligence gaps and shape collection strategy
• Drive adoption of AI/ML tools to modernize analytic workflows
• Evaluate and integrate new AI-enabled capabilities with technical teams
