Job summary

West Star Aviation Inc. is seeking Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to perform mechanical tasks, inspections and troubleshooting on civilian aircraft in a hangar setting. Roles span AMT I–IV with licensing requirements and growing responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license ideal but not mandatory.
• Airframe or Powerplant license required; Airframe license preferred for some levels.
• 2-6+ years of aviation maintenance experience for advanced levels is desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and data bases.

Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
• Remove/install panels and components and troubleshoot system issues.
• Assist in engine removal/installations and ground support operations.
• Inspect, evaluate and document aircraft and components per FAA guidelines.
• Communicate effectively in English and maintain safe, professional conduct.
