The role requires an aviation business degree or equivalent, a high school diploma, 5+ years as an aircraft mechanic with progression or prior supervisory experience, and an A&P license.

Qualifications

  • Aviation I Business Degree or equivalent aviation experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Five (5) + years' experience performing as an accomplished aircraft mechanic with progression of responsibilities or have previous Production Supervisory experience.
  • A&P License Required

Responsibilities

  • Monitor attendance and performance; audit weekly work records.
  • Evaluate vacation requests against staffing needs.
  • Promote safety per Company Safety Manual.
  • Maintain and track budgets as set by Project Manager.
  • Coordinate with Planning to establish schedules and budgets.
  • Organize aircraft work packages per project schedule.
  • Assist Project Manager in coordinating with support groups.
