CIMA Aviation is seeking a Senior Aircraft Component Technician to join our team. You will test, troubleshoot, disassemble and assemble aircraft components using OEM data and specialized testing equipment, following our procedures and documentation.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of related experience, strong hands-on skills, and the ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics. You will work with flight line staff, FAA representatives, and management to improve processes while

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; related technical degree preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant aviation, automotive, marine, electronics, or low-voltage repair experience.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, manuals.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Own basic hand tools.
• Pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screening; FAA DOT program considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Test, troubleshoot, repair electrical, electromechanical, and machined assemblies.
• Disassemble and assemble aircraft components and deliver hands-on training.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with coworkers and management to develop new processes.
• Communicate with FAA inspectors, airline representatives, and external partners.
• Travel occasionally as needed.
