Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Sr. Lead Cabin Cleaner to maintain clean, safe aircraft interiors at DFW Airport in Irving, TX. You will lead the cabin cleaning team, ensure sanitation, restock, and support security procedures between flights.

Responsibilities include directing teammates, communicating clearly with crew and management, and upholding safety and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service to passengers and airline partners.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and handbooks.
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cabin cleaning team and coordinate work.
• Perform cleaning and restocking of cabin areas and remove trash.
• Ensure the highest quality of customer satisfaction and safety.
• Provide open communication between field employees and management.
• Coach and develop team members while supporting supervision.
• Direct and supervise field employees alongside the Supervisor and Shift Manager.
