• Plans and assigns work to be accomplished by subordinate employees.
• Sets work priorities and schedules.
• Approves leave; advises on personnel matters, counsels employees, and evaluates performance.
• Identifies training needs and arranges developmental opportunities.
• Adjusts staffing levels and work procedures to meet higher-level decisions.
• Recommends goals and objectives and tracks progress.
• Promotes diversity and EEO policies and programs.
• Participates in labor-management partnerships and maintains a fair work environment.
• Reports to the Operations Manager and evaluates performance based on program objective achievement.
