As we scale this network, we need leaders who can tackle complex operational challenges and deliver results that customers feel every single day.

We are seeking a Senior Air Cargo (ACAR) Network Planner to join the Flight Scheduling team and help shape the future of Amazon AIR. In this role, you will own the development and optimization of flight capacity strategies meeting Amazon internal and external customer demand trends across long, medium and short term planning horizons, including flight schedule design, capacity allocation, and network modeling. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will partner with leaders across Amazon AIR, including Operations, Finance, and Analytics, and directly influence senior leadership decisions that shape how millions of packages move through our network. Your recommendations will balance customer experience with cost effectiveness, and your work will have a measurable impact on Amazon's end to end transportation ecosystem.

If you thrive on solving complex, ambiguous problems at scale, want to innovate across air and ground transportation solutions, and are passionate about delighting customers, we'd love for you to help us make Amazon AIR history.
