Job summary

Apple Inc. in Cupertino, CA seeks a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead search infrastructure and AI-powered features, guiding a large cross-functional team to deliver high-quality search experiences for over a billion customers.

You will work with world-class DL/AI engineers on innovative technologies, including large language models, to drive product quality, performance and user value on an aggressive timeline.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in driving large scale program building machine learning powered products.
• 3+ years experience bringing a product from concept to completion, ideally working on machine-learning features and/or sophisticated backend and front-end systems.
• Deep understanding of software development for machine-learned products and services, and how analytics and evaluation data can help improve those products.
• Strong desire to learn, aptitude for problem solving, and the ability to make sophisticated trade-offs.
• Excellent program management skills including program structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities required to forge a path to success.
• Strong ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly, manage comprehensive yet succinct project status update to all levels of audience, both verbally and in written forms.
